(Bqp.vn) - On the morning of May 13, in Hanoi, the Ministry of National Defense held the opening ceremony of the training course on digital transformation of the entire military's information technology force in 2024. Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for administrative reform and digital transformation of the Ministry of National Defense attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh emphasized that the training course aims to foster and improve awareness and professional qualifications on e-Government development, digital Government associated with information security for information technology forces at focal points under the Ministry of National Defense to meet the requirements of digital transformation tasks throughout the army.
In order for the training course to achieve its objectives and requirements, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested the Organizing Committee, the Support Team and relevant agencies and units to promote the highest sense of responsibility, ensuring adequate facilities for the training course to be of high quality and effective. The ministries participating in the training course focused on acquiring knowledge and skills, as a basis for effectively implementing digital transformation work at their agencies and units, gradually building and forming a team of specialized cadres on digital transformation at agencies and units throughout the army.
According to the plan, the training participants will focus on studying a number of topics, including: Instructions on implementing the Ministry of National Defense's e-Government Architecture Framework version 2.0; Instructions on basic components and standards, norms for building information technology systems serving digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense; Instructions on a number of models for connecting and exploiting the national population database via a secure connection portal and instructions on using the VNeID application; Instructions on building an electronic identification code framework for software systems and databases serving digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense; Introduction and instructions on implementing the Group 2 equipment electronic identification code framework; Some key contents on ensuring information security in the development of e-Government and digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense...
