CNQP&KT - On the afternoon of May 7, in Hanoi, the Industrial Explosives Company (under the Defense Industry Economic and Technical Corporation - GAET) organized the Victory Emulation Congress for the period 2019-2024. Attending the congress were leaders and commanders of GAET Corporation; leaders, commanders, and officers of departments, offices, and units under the Corporation; and 45 outstanding delegates of the Industrial Explosives Company (IOC).
This is a congress held in advance to draw experience for units in the whole Corporation. The central report at the congress stated: In the period of 2019-2024, the emulation and reward work (TĐKT) and the emulation movement Determined to Win (TĐQT) have been directed and implemented comprehensively, synchronously, with focus and key points by the leaders and commanders of the VLNCN Company. The emulation movements have taken place continuously, widely, in depth with many innovations and creativity, closely linked with emulation movements and campaigns of all levels, sectors and mass organizations. Thereby, contributing to encouraging and motivating cadres, employees and workers of the whole Company to promote the tradition and qualities of "soldiers on the economic front", upholding the determination and sense of responsibility, competing to excellently complete all assigned tasks. Over the past 5 years, the Company's business targets have always met the set plan, with an average revenue growth of 9.6%, and highly effective business activities in explosive materials and blasting services; affirming the brand's reputation in the market. The Company was honored to be awarded the First Class Labor Medal (2020); Certificates of Merit from the Minister of National Defense (2019, 2020, 2023), from the General Department of Politics (2020); along with many Emulation Flags, Certificates of Merit, and Certificates of Merit at all levels. The Company has 12 collectives achieving the title of "Excellent Labor Collective", 187 individuals achieving the title of "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighter"; 1,162 individuals achieving the title of "Advanced Laborer"...

In the period of 2024-2029, the Company determines to well implement "One focus, three breakthroughs", directing the TDQT movement to successfully carry out key political tasks. Accordingly, focus on building a development strategy until 2030 with the orientation of promoting the development of the supply of industrial explosives, blasting services, complete drilling and blasting, high-tech blasting and oil and gas service business. Compete to well implement 3 breakthroughs: in terms of organization and staffing; in terms of training and education; and in terms of building a regular unit, complying with discipline, law and administrative reform. Strive for an average annual growth of 5-7% or more.

At the congress, delegates reported on typical advanced models and discussed many contents and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Company's labor discipline work and labor discipline movement in the coming time.
Speaking at the congress, Colonel Phan Chien Thang, General Director of GAET Corporation, praised the achievements of the collective of cadres, employees and workers of the VLNCN Company in recent years.
