The Eurosatory Army Arms Exhibition held at the Villepinte Exhibition Grounds, north of Paris, is held every two years and is one of the largest army equipment exhibitions, with the participation of the world's leading defense companies.
With the function of proposing and advising the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Defense Industry in approaching and selecting prestigious partners in the world in the field of military equipment, directly implementing the purchase of military equipment throughout the army; improving and upgrading a number of weapons and equipment to meet the training and combat readiness requirements of the Army... contributing to the modernization of Vietnam's defense industry in particular and the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in general. Attending the Eurosatory Army Weapons Exhibition is an opportunity for GAET to learn about new technologies, update scientific and technical advances, equipment development trends of armies of other countries, and promote cooperation opportunities in the field of military trade. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for GAET to visit, learn from experiences, and share information to prepare well for the organization of the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition, which will take place from December 19 to 22, 2024 in Hanoi, as a commercial representative for the Exhibition Organizing Committee./.
