On October 10, 2023, the Party Committee of VLNCN Company organized the 2023 Excellent Party Cell Secretary Contest. Attending and cheering for the Contest were comrades in the Company Party Committee, representatives of the Political Department of the Corporation, 11 contestants who were Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Cells, comrades in the Party Committee, and comrades in the Party Committee's Assistants and Party Committee Secretaries of the affiliated Party Cells.
The contest is an opportunity to evaluate the leadership ability of the Party cell secretaries in their roles and responsibilities, thereby contributing to improving the working capacity of the Party cell secretaries in the Company's Party Committee. At the same time, this is also an opportunity to exchange, learn, and share experiences in professional, theoretical, and practical aspects of Party cell building, the management process, and skills in solving situations and problems that arise, contributing to consolidating and improving the quality of the Party cell committee.
At the end of the two theoretical and practical competitions, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to individuals with outstanding achievements in the Competition, in which the First Prize was awarded to Mr. Pham Hoai Thanh - Secretary of the Ninh Binh Branch Party Cell. The results of today's Competition have relatively accurately reflected the quality, capacity, and methods of conducting Party work of the Party Cell Secretaries in the Company's Party Committee.
The 2023 Excellent Party Cell Secretary Competition was a great success. Through the Competition, the quality of the Party Cell Secretaries in the unit was assessed, especially the ability to synthesize and update information, management methods, awareness level, knowledge of Party cell organization, Party building, working style... From there, strengthen leadership and direction measures, continue to build, foster, constantly improve qualifications and capacity, actively contribute to innovation and improve the quality and effectiveness of Party cell organization and Party building of the unit in the new situation, while contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the VLNCN Company in terms of political ideology, organization and ethics.
