In order to promote propaganda and education for cadres, professional soldiers (QNCN), workers, defense officials (CN,VCQP) and laborers in the Corporation and local people where they are stationed about the life, background, career, focusing on the revolutionary activities and great contributions to the revolutionary cause, the Army in general and the former Vietnam Military Industry (now the General Department of Defense Industry) of Major General, Professor, Academician, Labor Hero Tran Dai Nghia. Contribute to raising awareness in preserving and promoting the traditional historical values of the homeland, country, and Army; further enhance the belief and pride in the glorious tradition of nearly 80 years of the Vietnam Military Industry in the cause of national liberation and national reunification; in building and defending the Fatherland and the period of national renewal, contributing to building belief, pride, determination to excellently complete assigned tasks.
The General Corporation of Economic and Technical Defense Industry has launched a contest to learn about the life, background, and career of Major General, Professor, Academician, and Labor Hero Tran Dai Nghia. Linking the contest with the unit's emulation movement to win; making the contest a practical and extensive political education and activity to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the birth of Major General, Professor, Academician, and Labor Hero Tran Dai Nghia; Therefore, the organization and implementation process is closely ensured, mobilizing a large number of people to participate in order to achieve quality and practical effectiveness.
According to information from the organizing committee, contestants answer a set of 05 questions issued by the Organizing Committee of the contest (in the Contest regulations).

- Question 1: Please briefly present the life, background, and career of Major General, Professor, Academician, and Labor Hero Tran Dai Nghia.
- Question 2: Please state the role and contributions of Major General, Professor, Academician, Hero of Labor Tran Dai Nghia to the Military Industry and the Vietnamese revolution?
- Question 3: Please recount the process of studying, collecting documents and knowledge about weapons production and deciding to follow Uncle Ho back to the country, ready to accept all hardships, difficulties, and sacrifices to join the nation's resistance. Relate to today's reality in attracting resources; arouse the desire for innovation and creativity for the cause of building and developing the defense industry.
- Question 4: Please tell us about the process of researching and manufacturing Bazooka guns and bullets by Major General, Professor, Academician, Hero of Labor Tran Dai Nghia and cadres and workers of the Vietnam Military Industry? What is the significance of the successful manufacturing of Bazooka guns and bullets in the resistance war against French colonialism? Is it related to the research and development of weapons and equipment of the Vietnam Defense Industry in the current period?
- Question 5: What lessons have you learned from the example of the patriotic intellectual, the revolutionary soldier on the scientific front, Major General, Professor, Academician, Hero of Labor Tran Dai Nghia? What is your responsibility in promoting the tradition of "Solidarity, Self-reliance, Proactiveness, Science" of the Heroic Vietnamese Military and generations of "Worker Soldiers" of the Military to contribute to building and developing a proactive, self-reliant, self-reliant, dual-purpose, modern defense industry... to become the spearhead of the national industry?
