On the morning of February 27, 2025, in Hanoi, the General Corporation for Economic and Technical Affairs of the National Defense Industry (GAET) held a ceremony to receive the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate recognized and certified by the National Committee for Standards and Quality Measurement. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy General Director of the Corporation chaired the Decision handover ceremony. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ha Minh Hiep - Acting Chairman of the National Committee for Standards and Quality Measurement, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Director in charge of the Conformity Certification Center and experts from ECO Efficiency Consulting Company Limited.
Speaking at the certification ceremony, Mr. Ha Minh Hiep affirmed that after completing the assessment, the Quality Management System of GAET Corporation is suitable and qualified to be granted the Quality Management System certificate according to ISO 9001:2015 standard, and highly appreciated the Corporation's efforts and efforts to successfully apply the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system during the past time.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy General Director of the Corporation affirmed that the successful application of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is GAET's highest commitment to service quality for domestic and foreign partners and customers. This is one of the factors that determine the success of the Corporation, helping the unit maintain, improve and achieve its goals in the coming time. To further enhance the GAET brand and ensure safety and service quality, the Deputy General Director requested the competent authorities to continue operating the Safety and Service Quality Management System at the Corporation; at the same time, actively coordinate and proactively support affiliated agencies and units to perfect the system, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in performing production and business tasks according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
